Private chat interface
Approved users get a clean interface for company documents, with no public tool in between.
AI infrastructure, deployed in-house.
InHouse Compute designs, deploys, and hands off private AI environments on customer-owned hardware, so your team can run AI close to the systems, files, and workflows it already depends on.
Built for IP-heavy, document-heavy businesses
The problem
Teams want document-aware AI. But sending proprietary drawings, procedures, and reports to outside platforms means giving up control, and per-token cloud billing makes costs hard to predict.
How it works
Start with a free fit review, then prove value in a working $999 pilot before committing to production.
A free review of the workflow, document types, users, privacy boundary, and available hardware.
A $999, two-week private AI workspace on compatible customer hardware, using approved company documents with citations and self-service uploads.
Production rollout from $4,999, scoped from pilot results with infrastructure sizing, security review, backups, and acceptance criteria.
Documented admin handoff for your IT team, plus optional maintenance with explicit access and response boundaries.
What to expect
Pilot price, test period, credit, and local-model cost boundary before we scope the details.
Private AI pilot on compatible hardware you own
Guided pilot use with your approved documents
Pilot fee credited toward an eligible production deployment
Required per-token cloud-model fees for the local model path
What we deploy
A private deployment your team can own and operate, not another SaaS subscription.
Approved users get a clean interface for company documents, with no public tool in between.
Deployments index approved document collections and cite source material where the selected tools support it.
Models run on your hardware. For local workloads there is no per-token bill from an outside provider.
Your IT team receives deployment notes, credentials, and the operational runbook. They own it from day one.
Backup and restore procedures live in your environment, documented for your team to run and verify.
Update paths and model-refresh plans with explicit access, response, and responsibility boundaries.
Deployment boundary
On-site deployment and dedicated private hosting are different boundaries. The fit review and signed pilot scope record document movement, access, backup, support, exit, and ownership requirements.
The system runs inside the customer environment. Hardware, network access, backups, and operating ownership are agreed before installation.
A single-customer environment operated by InHouse Compute. It is private hosting, not customer on-premises infrastructure.
The customer or its MSP receives the access, backup, update, limitation, and ownership record for the agreed boundary.
Pricing
The fit review is free. The working pilot is $999. Production expands only what proves useful.
We review the workflow, document types, users, privacy boundary, and available hardware before either side commits to a deployment.

Start the $999 pilotAdd a preconfigured InHouse Compute appliance when you do not have compatible hardware ready. Delivery, pickup, custody, and data removal follow signed terms.
Ask about availabilityHarden the validated workflow for ongoing use with production sizing, backups, security review, expanded access, integrations, and a documented handoff.
Talk through scopeThe $999 pilot includes standard document ingestion, not an arbitrary file-count cap. Extensive OCR, unusual formats or volume, integrations, hardware, travel, and on-site work are scoped separately.

Next step
Start with a free fit and readiness review. If the workflow and hardware are a match, we install the pilot remotely and credit the full $999 toward an eligible production engagement signed within 30 days after pilot closeout.
